We could have sworn the Valentino gown that Nicole Kidman wore to the Nebraska premiere at Cannes on Thursday was the one Anne Hathaway was supposed to wear to the Oscars this year.
BUT, the folks at Valentino are insisting that it's totally NOT, even though back when the whole Anne Hathaway/Valentino dress mess went down, that very same lace gown (pictured on Nicole above left) was reported to be the one Annie rejected at the last minute!

Though Fantine changed her mind at the last minute, we're extremely pleased that Nicole still managed to take the dress out for its red carpet debut.

Iron Man 3 may have had a blockbuster of a weekend, but Gwyneth Paltrow's fashion choice, not so much.
She wore a long-sleeved fuschia Valentino gown to the Met Gala that was pretty much the opposite of the evening's theme.
Showing a hint of skin with a sheer panel across her décolletage, the rest of the dress just hung on her body without any form to it.
Gwynnie kept the rest of the outfit simple with her typical GOOPy pony tail and Wilfredo Rosado stud earrings.
Not exactly what we'd consider punk pizazz, but it did remind us of her 1999 pink Oscar dress!

Not so new pics of Jennifer Lawrence's old modeling days have resurfaced and wow, she was still just the same adorable cutie pie back then.
In an interview with Chris Kaufman, the photographer who was lucky enough to work with her before she became an Oscar winner, he talks about what a pleasure she was work with and the potential he saw in the then 12-YEAR-OLD JENNIFER LAWRENCE.
Yes, that's right the pic (above and below) were taken when she was just twelve years old.
