A man from Long Island may have had a bit too many of their Iced Teas when he was filing this lawsuit, as he has just sued a female singer for being too "old, ugly, and untalented" for being in a Pink cover band.
Um — RUDE MUCH?!
Oh, did we forget to mention he's suing her and her band mates for $10 million? Oh, well, he's suing her and her band mates for $10 million. BECAUSE THAT MAKES SENSE, RIGHT???
Collette McLafferty, the singer in question, is understandably in shock that she's being sued by a guy for "ruining" his plan for a Pink cover band:
