We don't know too many people who color coordinate their outfits just to go out for an evening.

But purple is Prince's signature color, so why wouldn't he make his lady friend wear it on their evening out?

Prince and his companion went out last night in Paris to the VIP Room and they both seem to be having a good time. We hope, however, that they got something to eat. Prince is looking a little on the frail side and we can't decide if it's because he really is or because his clothes are so over-sized, he looks tiny in comparison. It looks like he is wearing curtains!

Also, his shoes exactly match his frock. Only he could get away with that!

Back in 2005, it was reported the pop icon Prince was in desperate need of hip replacement surgery. He has yet to have the procedure, as the artist is a Jehovah’s Witness and - per reports - according to the religion, blood transfusions are not acceptable.

But that's a surgery? That's not okay?

Though there was talk of a "secret surgery" to fix the problem, Prince has been seen walking with cane and there are now reports that the injury has intensified.

Now he has two injured hips!

Oy vey!

Since he has supposedly opted not to have surgery, he practically lives on pain killers to deal with the condition.

A source reveals that: “He’s popping pain killers and hoping it will all go away.”

Wishful thinking friend.

Hope he learns how to play a guitar from the wheelchair he is bound to take residence in!

Prince came out of hiding Sunday night after he heard the exquisite vocals of West Side Story actress Karen Olivo while watching the Tonys Awards.

He arrived at an after-party for some of the top winners of the night, insisting not to be photographed by anyone, and made a bee-line for the winner of the Featured Actress in a Musical category. He made himself comfortable in a corner and chatted with the lucky girl for the rest of the evening.

A very reliable source confirmed that Prince will see the show next Tuesday and has asked for a spot in the balcony, where he can buy the twenty seats surrounding him so no one can sit near him.

Must be nice to be musical royalty or to be graced with his presence!

Looks like Prince might have a not-so-little crush on Salma Hayek!

In a new song, Valentina, off his latest 3-disc album, the Purple One unabashedly confesses his desire for the actress, and we have to say, we can't blame him!

The lyrics go "Hey Valentina, tell your mama she should give me a call/ When she get tired of runnin' after you down the hall/And she's all worn out from those late-night feedings/and she's ready for another rock and roll meeting," followed by a description of Hayek's curves.

But this isn't coming entirely out of left field. Salma directed Prince's video for 2006's Te Amo Corazón, and if "Valentina's mama" isn't interested in Prince's wooing, then he adds in the song, "If Penelope wants to Cruz there ain't no way that we ain't gon' dance."

Can't blame the man for trying!

Prince knows how to treat a country in the middle of an economic crisis right!!

The artist formerly known as the Artist Formerly Known as Prince has announced that he will be releasing a three-disc CD package exclusively through Target for only $11.99!!

The three-disc set will include two new albums from the Purple One, LOtUSFLOW3R and MPLSoUND as well as a full length album from his latest discovery, Bria Valente.

LOtUSFLOW3R??? Is Prince secretly a l33t haxor??

Regardless, we can't wait for the new albums to drop!

The set is planned to hit Target shelves on March 29th.

Buy it, bitches!

Prince is gonna hit us hard in 2009.

The original diva is set to release THREE albums this year!

According to the LA Times, Prince is in negotiations with "a major retailer" to distribute the albums.

He'll also be selling them on a new and interactive website.

As to why he's not working with a record label this time, Prince says, "The gatekeepers have to change."

The first of his three new albums to be released is tentatively titled MPLSOUND and "is an electro-flavored solo effort recorded at Paisley Park Studios." One of the songs even features a Q-Tip rap.

The style is described as going back to the sound of When Doves Cry.

His Lotus Flower is described as "a varied album, featuring cuts recorded over the course of two years, but standout tracks include some heavy rockers — especially the apocalyptic "Dreamer," which Prince said was partly inspired by the radical black comedian Dick Gregory."

Can't wait to hear the new music.

Prince only gets better with time!
