Gareth Lee asked for a cake that had the Sesame Street characters Bert and Ernie on it with the words "Support Gay Marriage" in icing. McArthur refused to make it, giving the following reason:

"We don't want to be forced to promote a cause which is against our biblical beliefs."

Ashers Bakery have been ordered by the court to pay 500 pounds ($765) in damages for discrimination. However, they have said that they're going to appeal.

Now it seems they have some support from an unlikely source: Sir Patrick Stewart! The X-Men star has come out backing the bakery for their decision!

But when he hosted an 'ask me anything' on Reddit Thursday, he revealed there was one child in particular whose smile stands out.

The Sesame Street star was asked about his 'most meaningful interaction' with a young viewer, and the story he told made us tear up.

He had gotten a letter from a man who had a five-year-old son named Joey, who was very sick with cancer and knew he was dying. All Joey wanted was a phone call from his feathered friend. Big Bird was the only thing that could cheer him up, but he wasn't always in every episode of the children's show.

So Caroll dialed the phone and, as Big Bird, talked to the boy for about ten minutes. He told the Reddit readers Joey's final words to him:

It's safe to say the RiRi left the museum with the most talked-about dress, but we just couldn't quite place where we'd seen her silhouette before.

And then we realized that Rihanna was totally channeling some Yellow Brick Road couture!!!

But what else did Rihanna's Met Gala gown resemble??
