Work it, gurl!

True Blood star Anna Paquin went for a briskly paced jog on Friday in El Lay. She was so motivated to get a great workout in, she even stopped to do a few sets up pull-ups!

The hot actress is one half of the fittest couple in Hollywood. Her husband and co-star, Stephen Moyer, is also known to hit the gym and show off his fabulous body for photographers every once in a while.

If you missed out on this week's True Blood, then you missed out on looking at this perfect body of work.

Alexander Skarsgard aka Vampire Eric was shirtless for like, um, oh just the entire episode and we couldn't be happier.

The tall, long, and lean Swede is getting all romantical with our dear Sookie, which you think would be weird for co-stars and real life hubby and wifey Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer. Luckily, Beeel Stephen has a pretty good sense of humor about it:

"I think it’s great for the show. I went up to him at the beginning of the season, and I just went, 'Look, I want you to do your job to the absolute best of your ability and I will not be around when you have to do that stuff. I don’t want you to feel like you’re looking over your shoulder and there’s me at the monitor going, Get your hands off her!' It’s absolutely not how we roll. Me and him are mates."

Not gonna lie, we think he should be a little worried. Has he SEEN A-Skars' abs?

On Friday, Stephen Moyer scared the crowd at the 35th Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race to pieces when his car did a 360-degree roll during his seventh lap. Miraculously, the car, which had clid into the tire barrier, landed bak on its tires and Stephen walked away uninjured (and the winner of the race, we might add!)

After he crossed the finish line, Stephen explained:

"I was getting quicker and quicker and quicker and I was braking later and later and later. It was total driver error. It was a surreal experience. It felt like a roller-coaster ride when my car flipped."

We're just glad you're able to tell us that story all in one piece! How frightening that must've been - for you and for Anna Paquin! Girl must've been beside herself!

Keeping his seksi vamp figure, True Blood stud Stephen Moyer was spotted heading to the gym on Thursday in El Lay.

With some aviators shielding his eyes from the California sun, Stephen talked on his phone as he walked into the gym.

His hit show will return to HBO this summer on June 12 and it sounds like it's only getting better. At a recent Q & A panel, the actor told fans:

"If you were to put together your dream gig of how it would end up it wouldn't be much further away from this… it just keeps getting better and better and the show keeps getting more and more interesting, it's everything you hope it would be."

Stephen and wife Anna Paquin are still busy shooting Season 4, but told fans he hopes the show will continue it's popular reception, saying:

"We've had these incredible spikes each year. I don't think it's historically possible to get another 60 per cent spike in audience figures but if we maintain what we've got I think we'll be very happy."

We'll definitely be watching!
