If looking as good as Tao Porchon-Lynch does at 94 means having to do yoga for the rest of our lives, WE'RE TOTALLY IN!

LOLz!

Tao is a 94 year-old yoga guru who wants to bring to the world her practical yoga movement that exemplifies the importance and reasoning behind yoga. We can't stress enough that her age is almost exactly A CENTURY, and how that's like the best proof ever for the power of yoga!

In her new educational video (trailer above), she wants to take yoga back to its roots and unify mind, body and spirit to inspire people to reach 'beyond their comfort zone to break down self-built barriers.'

Here's what she says:

“Yoga is the joining of our mind, body and spirit. It is like nature; everything is always recycled and brought full circle. I find that I can heal myself if I do what nature does. It’s taken away stress and has helped me through crises. ”

Girl, to look that good we'd do anything you'd want us to! Ha!

Keep it up and you'll live to 150!

Backgammon and bingo are not the only games senior citizens can play!!

The Veteran Games are currently going on in San Sebastein, Spain, which allows seniors to compete in athletic events, and just when we thought that these super seniors don't try their hardest, they proved us wrong!!

In the clip (above) 95-year-old Ilmari Koppinen and 94-year-old Emiel Pauwels battled it out in a 60-meter sprint, and while we were peeping the video, they showed us that age has not taken away their ability to run fassst!!

Emiel ended up winning the race, and we think it was because he's a year younger. LOLz

Talk about a reunion special! Shiz!

Mary Tyler Moore, Valerie Harper, and Cloris Leachman will once again act for the camera alongside Betty White and Georgia Engel in a Hot in Cleveland episode taping on April 5.

With all of the gals of The Mary Tyler Moore Show together again (the first since 1977), this is going to be an EPIC tv event fans won't wanna miss!

We can all agree that all five members of One Direction are young and adorable and obviously, very squee-worthy, but the real question is what are the fab five going to look like in 20 years?

Using some very high-tech scientific formulas, we've calculated exactly what Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson will grow into when they became middle-aged men.

Just kidding, we actually just looked at pictures of their dads and now we think we've got a pretty good idea of what the boys will look like when they're daddies themselves. It's all in the Little Things DNA!

We've found a few interesting when searching through their family tree. For one, Harry's dad is NOT Mick Jagger, but is actually Geoff Styles (above)!

And, Louis… well, sweet, sweet Louis was actually raised by his stepfather Mark Tomlinson. Don't worry Directioners, we would never disappoint you though! This weekend just got a whole lot better!

Tina Turner appears on the cover of Vogue Germany's April issue in all her 73-year-old glory, and we can't believe our eyes!

She looks gorgeous and so well-preserved!

It's also her first Vogue cover EVER, which is really just a travesty! She should've graced at least a dozen Vogues by now!

Better late than never, though!

And we hope they had her flaunt her AH-mazing legs inside!

Though she's ditched that uber cute pink 'do, Dame Helen Mirren was still the coolest senior ever at the press night for her new play The Audience in London on Tuesday.

The 67-year-old actress looked happy and snug in a black wool coat, ribbed gray scarf, and embellished booties while smiling cheekily at photogs.

A Dolce & Gabbana handbag and red glossy lip completed her weather-appropriate look.

And it just hit us that she's only a year older than Cher.
