She's so fresh and so dope! Yes, we really just said fresh and dope - cuz fleek needs a break!
We are hella excited (and in a throwback mode, ya dig?) to announce that Melaniewill be performing at our huge SXSW partythis Saturday at the Austin Music Hall.

Our annual SXSW showcase is always one of the biggest highlights of the festival, and this promises to be no different with such a diverse and divalicious lineup that also includes Tove Lo, The Ting Tings, Clear Bandit, Jess Glynne and Elle King!
We had her perform at our CMJ Festival party in 2012. We had her perform at our birthday party in 2013. She just released her brilliant debut album and we are so happy and proud to have her perform at our biggest partyof them all - our 8th annual One Night in Austin SXSW showcase.

Keanu Reeves' may be mostly known for his work with The Matrix for most young people these days, but to older folks… well, he'll always be our favorite Cali kid from the movie Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure and its sequel Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey.
Well, it turns out that Keanu will be helping out his old friend and co-star from those movies — Alex Winter — and the way he'll be helping him out is by
The Forgetting Sarah Marshall star was scheduled to give the keynote address at this year's SXSW festival, where Brand: A Second Coming — filmmaker Ondi Timoner's documentary about him — will premiere.
Unfortunately for those looking forward to that speech, Russell has officially cancelled.
Why? Because the movie kind of depressed him. He explained:
We love love love Clean Banditand Jess Glynne! The two collaborated on last year's mega smash Rather Be and they will be performing at our SXSW show together, playing their own songs and their collaborations as well!
They join previously announced acts Tove Lo and The Ting Tings at our 8th annual One Night in Austin!
"I was under a lot of pressure from a company that I was previously working with and they wanted me to lose weight fast. So, they got me with a nutritionist and had me on all these supplements and I was injecting myself."
As a result of these intense practices, the 25-year-old said she wasn't eating that much:
"It makes your body only need certain calories, so I ate 500 calories a day. This was the most unhealthy thing I'd ever done."
The gorgeous gal spilled that she went along with the unhealthy decision because she was afraid her album wouldn't get released if she didn't.
And even though JoJo followed the orders she was given, her album still wasn't released.
The artist explained that she felt awful after the injections and the supplements:
"I gained all the weight back. I felt terrible about myself. And I was upset that I even subscribed to the standard that they wanted me to be at."
Plus, the whole thing was pretty traumatic:
"I had to unpack some of the damage that being on that weird diet did to me. I couldn't work out. I didn't feel strong."
We can only imagine. So horrible.
But, we're glad that right now JoJo is happy, healthy, and touring with Fifth Harmony!
Plus, watch her open up about criticism and unrealistic beauty standards in the full interview (below)!
