He certainly looks a lot more serious than the last time he was featured in Teen Vogue!
No more bowties and bowl cuts for this guy! He's clearly a man now with his tatted body and white tank.

Now how long til Beyoncé comes out singin' Bow Down??
In the May 2013 issue of Teen Vogue, Justin Bieber addresses all of the media sensation surrounding him by comparing himself to Jay-Z in the troubling sitch.
He might be in the headlines for drugs, possible battery charges, and his lack of clothing, but according to the little prince:
After 25 years of acting as Vogue's editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour's finally getting a promotion!
The 63 year old will take on the role as Conde Nast's artistic director, which means she'll assume "broader creative duties throughout the company" while continuing her reign at Vogue and as Teen Vogue's editorial director.
Anna spoke of her new responsibilities, saying:
"It is something I do a lot anyway in my role at Vogue. I advise all sorts of people in the outside world, and really, I see this as an extension of what I am doing, but on a broader scale."
It sounds a little overwhelming, but if anyone can do it, it's La Wintour.

Chloë Moretz kept the chicness coming tonight at the Elle Style Awards in London.
The 16 year old fashionista looked darling in a black and white striped Stella McCartney dress with matching Christian Louboutin heels.
We love Chloë’s extra sophisticated updo and simple makeup too. A perfect blend of maturity and youth.
If only some adults could take style lessons from her.

The former Victorious starlet attended Chloë Moretz's Sweet 16 birthday party held in conjunction with Teen Vogue's 10th Anniversary in NYC on Thursday.
The 19-year-old, who is looking forward to her own birthday later this month, looked HAWT in a Misguided dress featuring a studded red velvet bustier top and pleated leather skirt worn with black tights and Aldo booties.
Her red lipstick and raven locks popped against her clear, porcelain skin.

For the 2-for-1 soiree, the curly haired Modern Family actress wore a blue velvet alice + olivia dress and black peep toe heels.
It's no Chanel, but it's cute.

The adorable Chloë Moretz celebrated Teen Vogue's 10th Anniversary and her very own Sweet 16 birthday in New York on Thursday night.
Going all-out for her big day, the actress wore a beautiful powder blue Chanel Resort A-line dress with floral embellished belt, which she paired with a faux leather Aeropostale jacket.
AWESOME mix of high-low! Anna Wintour would be proud!
Chloë also added a beige Chanel quilted shoulder bag and two-tone suede pumps to the ensemble.
Ugh, she's just so stylish already! Whatever happened to that awkward stage every teen's supposed to go through?!
