Oh, blessed day!
Back to the drawing board, Drumpster!
Olivia Pope would be impressed!
Speaking on topics ranging from ambitions to parenthood, Washington laid it all out in her video message. Considering K.W. is the star of hit show Scandal and graduated from George Washington University in 1998, it's no shock she gave some AMAZING advice.
The momma's special message began:
"Dear Kerry, I'm talking to you around 18, so this is a time when you're transitioning from high school to college. Lots on your mind, lots to be stressed out about, so here are some of my thoughts from the future: Make sure that your dreams are yours. Make sure that you are not pursuing the dreams that somebody thinks you should have, because dreams take a lot of work and a lot of support, and you'll be more inspired to go after them if they are really, really yours."
What spot-on words! You have to be passionate about your goals to actually make them come true!

Now that is one gorgeous face!
The actress and musician looks serene and lovely in neutral-toned outfits, and also gives us some insight into her personality.
"My parents didn't become who they are because anything was handed to them, and they didn't raise a child who expected something to be handed to her, either. My mom would have killed me if I'd assumed any kind of privilege. At first I was really adamant about making sure people knew that I was working hard. Things were definitely handed to me a little bit easier, but people were also judging me twice as hard."
Now that she's gotten older, she's more okay with being compared to them:
Amandla Stenberg is ready to open up about her racial and sexual identity.
On Thursday night, the 17-year-old posted a personal video to Tumblr, so she could break down barriers and open up to her fans and followers about who she really is.
The teen — who played Rue in the first Hunger Games movie — said:
"It's a really, really hard thing to be silenced and it's deeply bruising to fight against your identity and to mold yourself into shapes that you just shouldn't in."
The actress admitted that she relates to that struggle, revealing she is bisexual:
"As someone who identifies as a black, bisexual woman, I've been through it and it hurts. And it's awkward and it's uncomfortable."
Could 2016 be the year of not seeing a single Kardashian or Jenner on the cover of a magazine??
Probably not, BUT it was revealed by WWD that people aren't buying their issues!
Compared to the sales of other issues in the same quarter, these glossies are seeing a decline when any member of the reality TV famous clan is on the front. Ouch!
In fact, Cosmo's November issue which featured Kim Kardashian West, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, AND Kris Jenner only sold 436,500 copies, making it one of the mag's worst selling issues of the year.
Similarly, the youngest Jenner's single cover for Cosmo earlier in the year also saw a dip in sales, as did Kim's cover of Glamour!
It hasn't been all bad for the family though, as it's also being reported that Kylie's Teen Vogue cover outsold their average sales by 1,000 copies!
Kimmy's Rolling Stone cover and Khloé's Women's Health issue also did well.
Hmm… We can't imagine magazines are oblivious to this, so it'll be interesting to see what this year has in store!!
What do U think???

This Scream Queen is looking pretty chill here!
It's very thrift-store chic!
The actress also had A LOT to say in the interview, touching on everything from female friendships to Photoshopping and, of course, fashion.
Read on for the HIGHlights!
Speaking of her decision, she gushed:
"I just feel so amazing with all the support I've received. It's been a wonderful year for me."
Aww! We're so happy for the 17-year-old!
"I mainly did it for myself. Yes, I had many comments, and it bothered me that that was kind of what I was known for. And that was kind of what people were commenting on my photos. That bothered me, but it wasn't the main reason I did it."
And the Modern Family starlet continued:
Ansel Elegort's star continues to rise!
On Tuesday, Ansel announced that he landed the September cover of Teen Vogue — and the 21-year-old looks absolutely perfect. The achievement comes on the heels of snagging a place on GQ's men of the year list back in January.
What we like about the cover is that it maintains the actor's smoldering good looks with his boy next door personality! Perfect combo!
