Last week, we told you about the bitter custody battle over Toddlers & Tiaras star Maddy Verst.
Mom Lindsay Jackson said that Maddy's father Bill Verst might win custody because the court looked down on pageants.
Well, she was more right than she wanted to be!
Bill said that putting fake breasts on his daughter to play Dolly Parton was too far, and a judge agreed!
After reviewing the court psychologist's report on how pageants have affected Maddy, the judge has issued a gag order banning mother and daughter from competing in them altogether!
So what does this mean for Maddy's future on the show? Does it set a precedent for pageants in general?
What do U think?

Toddlers & Tiaras star Maddy Verst may be going to live with her dad soon.
Bill Verst is suing for custody of his daughter, and Maddy's mom Lindsay Jackson says that the only reason her ex might win is because the court looks down on pageants.
“I’ve done nothing wrong, by way of being a mother, I’m a great mother. Because I participate in pageants with my daughter is not a reason to take my child from me… Pageants have never been challenged, they’re not illegal. I’m not doing anything illegal with my kid.”
It certainly isn't illegal, but that doesn't mean it isn't dangerous. The psychologist reviewing the case in family court seems to think it is.

Do you think these costumes send the wrong message? Lindsay doesn't. She says:
"That outfit was never intended on being sexualized. (The court-appointed psychologist) thinks it is, but that’s a matter of opinion.”
Well, expert opinion aside, what do you think? Are pageants poisoning children's minds? Or just a fun hobby?
