On top of her health problems, lawsuits and financial woes, this is the last thing she needs!

Singer Toni Braxton is separating from her husband of eight years, Keri Lewis, formerly of Mint Condition.

Considering the entire country has defaulted on their home loans resulting in our dwindling economy and rise in homelessness, we really shouldn't give a shiz about Toni Braxton.

But, she's a person, too!

The pop diva has dealt with several health and financial problems over the past few years and now, she can add another one! She's not gonna have a place to live!!!

Bank of America is looking to foreclose on Braxton's Century City, California home because she owes about $12,503.20 in mortgage payments.

It's not really that much in the scheme of things, but with all the other creditors - she should probably start looking for a cozy apartment!

Toni Braxton can't seem to catch a break when it comes to money.

On top of Lloyds of London looking for damages, City National Bank is suing the diva for breach of contract.

According to court docs, in 2007 Braxton "made, executed and delivered to a CNB Promissory Note for $900,000."

Basically she promised to pay back the $900K and obviously hasn't after falling behind on payments in April of this year.

So how much does she owe?

City National Bank is seeking $657,567.54 and interest that's over $44K.

Dayummm!

Maybe she'll be singing Unbreak My Heart a few more times after all.

Apparently, Toni Braxton does have a broken heart according to… Toni Braxton. But her insurance company doesn't see the need to reimburse her for that!

Lloyd's of London is actually looking for damages from Toni after she cancelled her Vegas show back in 2006 because of a heart ailment. The problem is not so much that she cancelled, but rather this information of a "pericarditis condition" was never disclosed on the insurance application. She conveniently left that part out! And then she had the audacity to sue the company for not cutting her a piece of the action after she cancelled.

Somehow, we think L & L has a better case in their countersuit. But we wonder - does she really have a broken ticker or did she bow out of the gig simply because she didn't want to sing Unbreak My Heart for the millionth time?

It sure would have been one devious diva move!

One of the rules to being an R&B superstar is always to dress the part. Toni Braxton must be suffering from amnesia because why she ever thought this outfit was a good idea is beyond us!

Yet, this is what she choose to be seen wearing as she prepared to fly out of LAX.

It's unflattering to her figure and makes her look like she is 3ft tall!

Someone needs a new stylist or a mirror.

Plus, work on your posture!

Trina Johnson-Finn, a Las Vegas entertainer and impersonator, was arrested after she pretended to be Toni Braxton in a concert in Paramaribo, Suriname in South America.

Prosecutors claim Toni Trina attempted to fool the crowd in the concert which took place over two months ago.

However, Trina's husband, Raymond Finn, says she was the victim of a local con artist and "concert promoter" who was responsible for scamming the concertgoers into thinking the realBraxton would be perfoming.

The truth came out once Trina was on stage and she messed up a note at the beginning of the second song. That's when people in the 3,000 large crowd started to boo and began throwing trash at the stage!

Authorities then took Phony Tina and Raymond into custody. They'll have to go to court on May 26th after being charged with defrauding the people who bought tickets. Finn was later released without being charged after two weeks in custody though.

Prosecutor Duncan Nanhoe alleged yesterday that Trina "deliberately presented herself as being Toni Braxton during the concert."

As for the promoter, Angel Ventura of Events for Suriname, he was finally found and arrested on Monday in a local bar. And during an telephone interview from Las Vegas, Raymond claimed Ventura, without Trina's knowledge, was the one who promoted her as the real Braxton.

Finn added, "Trina's been isolated there for two months. She doesn't understand why she's being used as a scapegoat." Adding that he believes she's been arrested "to appease public anger."

Sounds a bit too much to have the poor lady in jail for two months awaiting the court date.
