In the November issue of Men's Health, Penn Badgley revealed that he isn't the best decision maker as dating Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively is going against his better judgement.

"Having a relationship with someone you work with might not always be the smartest move," he says. "But it's been wonderful to be in a relationship where we can both identify with what the other is experiencing."

That is, until they get sick of the same ol' shiz!

At least he's hot! Penn could find another job girl!

It seems we have a felon of the Magic Kingdom on our hands!

And the Mouse House doesn't take too kindly to these sorts of things!!!

Blake Lively has been playing the good girl gone bad card from a very young age!

“I grew up going to Disneyland twice a week,” said Blake. “But I was banned for a year because I went to Disney prison. I was really young so I wasn’t responsible for this — it was all my brother’s fault."

Claiming innocence?! Typical!

“You get a stamp when you leave the park which if you put hairspray on it you can transfer it to someone else’s hand, so in the parking lot he went up to somebody and said, ‘Hey can we spray hairspray on your hand?’ and we transferred it," she claims. "And then we go in through the turnstile and there’s people there called Fox Fighters or some weird name, They take us aside and I’m like six-years-old and my brother says ‘No matter what they say do not confess’. He was like a professional felon at twelve!”

Between Gossip Girl and this fiasco, we're sure her parents are very proud!

Paging Miss Jay!!! Kelly Rutherford seriously needs your help.

She's like mixing three different kinds of poses into one big mess!

This is how Kelly decided to stand on the red carpet for the Made In Italy press event with Hearst Publications last night.

For some reason, all we keep hearing in our head is "I'm a little teapot, short and stout…"

Fix yourself woman! It's called posture!!!

Penn Badgely said the one thing we're dying to hear when asked about the rumored threesome on Gossip Girl:

"Hypothetically, it's all three guys."

Quick! Someone grab a defibrillator! We think our hearts just gave out!

To our dismay, Penn was merely joking, but he is asking fans to stay tuned for the rest of the season as the juiciest stuff is yet to come. Just as he remained mum on the threesome to come, Penn also was rather vague on the deets of upcoming guest star Lady GaGa, though he admitted she is coming:

"I don't want to give away too much, but she will perform a little bit. And it is involved in my story line."

Will Dan Humphrey get a little GaGa action?!

We'd much rather see her get it on with Chace Crawford!! Then we can live vicariously!!!

Even the arrival of Hilary Duff couldn't save Gossip Girl from it's major ratings slump!

This week, the show came in dead last again in the ratings, only scoring 2.1 million viewers. Unless all you tweens are watching Dancing With the Stars, we just don't get it.

What? Does Chace Crawford not do it for you girls anymore?

Hurry up and start watching, unless you want to see it go the way of The Beautiful Life. (Is Mushy Farton still crying over that?!)

This show is pulling out all the stops!

And to it's credit, it can get some mayjah names, but they've never seen anything like this on the Upper East Side!!!

According to the NY Daily News, Lady GaGa will be filming an upcoming episode of Gossip Girl!

The diva will be performing as herself, but we wish she'd give Blair or Serena a Gagalicious makeover!

Well, it could be any combination!

In a desperate attempt to boost ratings delve into the real world of NYC socialities, Gossip Girl will be giving us more than we bargained for!

One more to be exact!

The CW hit will be giving a ménage a try too hard and introducing a threesome into the plot line!

And it's rumored to be three mayjah characters!!

May we suggest Nate, Dan and Chuck?!

Sounds good to us!

Though the ratings haven't been stellar yet, we think that Gossip Girl may start hitting a stride by next week as we have been hearing some exciting plans for future episodes and lots of guest appearances.

One of these special guests is a very hot, familiar face - Nate's cousin Tripp, play by Aaron Tveit. Aaron's character will be around for about six episodes beginning the end of November. His storyline entails Tripp running for some public office and enlisting Nate, played by the delectable Chace Crawford, to help with his campaign.

This could spell trouble for our boy, Nate.

We LOVE trouble!

Aaron will be running double duty since while he is filming the show, he will also be starring on Broadway in Next to Normal.

Are U excited for his return?

Things seem to be getting serious between these two!

Ed Westwick introduced his Gossip Girl co-star and real life lover Jessica Szohr to his parents while they were visiting him in the Big Apple recently.

The lovebirds and Ed's family had lunch in the West Village and took a little stroll by the water.

It's also said that Ed was able to sneak in an intimate moment with Jessica while his parents weren't looking. Barf.

We don't know why he's being sneaky about, they do it all the time when everyone's watching.
