Ever since the string of recent hacked nude photo leaks has begun, the celebrities involved have done everything they could to fight it.
Well now it looks like we might be seeing the beginning of that legal action. Celebrity lawyer Marty Singer is launching a full-on legal attack, starting with a letter threatening to sue for over $100 million!!
But the question is, who can these celebs sue? Apparently, Google. Singer writes:
What a coincidence! LOLz!
The oh so lovely Victoria Justice was spotted looking like a DIME while on the set of her new show Eye Candy in Brooklyn this week.
Regardless of the nekked scandal that just went down, the starlet looked totally lovely walking the streets and gabbing on the phone for a scene.
Victoria will be playing a NY woman who suspects an online date could be a murderer!!
Sounds very modern and thrilling! HA!
Can't wait to see it!!!

Versace, Versace, Versace!
JHud flashed hers in a draped, white Versace jumpsuit styled with her sleek pixie and a bold purple pout! And Nina showed up to the event in the label graphic, multi-colored mini with a polished black blazer and chic clutch.
A simple ponytail made for the final touch, just as it did for Victoria's hawt look!
Except the 21-year-old added a dash of pink dye to complement her neon overall-inspired mini dress and matching lipstick.
All around fierce looks from these three, but are they all flawless??? Let us know what U think in the comments (below)!
…even though Jennifer Lawrence — another and far more famous victim — didn't deny her goodies were real.
Now, Victoria has finally admitted that the private-snaps-turned-public are REAL.
Victoria first tweeted:
Looks like we may be one step closer to finding out who was behind the photo hacking scandal and hopefully sending the culprit to jail!
Since it was the women's PRIVATE iCloud accounts that the pictures were stolen from.
Well, it turns out, after 40 hours of investigation, Apple has found out that it WASN'T a program-wide problem.
This was a 'targeted attack' of the women's accounts.
This nude photo leak over the weekend has everyone talking.
And with this violation, a slew of other celebs are speaking out to defend the privacy of those women who had private pics stolen from them:
Sadly, many of Hollywood’s sweethearts have fallen victim to a phone hacker, and this person went HAM!
What’s really scary is that there’s a list of people whose pics the hacker plans to release, and it’s PAGES long!
Some celebs, like Victoria, are denying the pics, while others, like Mary Elizabeth Winstead, are owning up to them, and she even said they were deleted years ago!
We’ll keep you posted on responses from any of the other celebs.
