So much talking, but not enough doing! J.J. Abrams, what is the hold up already????

The stars of the new Star Trek franchise seem very eager to get started on the movie's sequel, particularly Zoe Saldana,who shared her excitement to travel to the final frontier at Monday night’s Glamour Reel Moments premiere.

Wow! Is it like a rule a that Mena Suvari must be cast in EVERYTHING with the word "American" in the title???

Last we heard from the American Pie/American Virgin/American Beauty star, she had landed a role in American Reunion, and was getting a pret-ty decent paycheck for it!

Now, we're hearing that Mena has gotten another gig: as The Black Dahlia on American Horror Story!

For those of you who didn't see the Brian De Palma movie, Dahlia/Elizabeth Short was a "high-profile murder victim whose 1947 unsolved killing was the subject of myriad books and movie adaptations."

Sounds like a fun episode, but we're even MORE excited to see Zachary Quinto as a gay ghost next week! He can haunt us ANY time! LOLz.

There are two reasons why we're especially excited for next week's episode of American Horror Story…

1. It's the episode right before Halloween, which means it's bound to be scarier (though how it could get any scarier than it already is is beyond us).

2. More importantly, it's the episode to debut Zachary Quinto's character! Whoohoo!

Zachary, who recently came out of the closet, may be gay, but in Ryan Murphy's bloodbath, he gets to be gay AND a ghost. Oooh, fun!

Next Wednesday, get you Halloween weekend started early by tuning in to the new episode of American Horror Story. If you haven't been watching, things are getting REALLY TERRIFYING and its only going to get more so in the coming all Hallows Eve event!

Still, you're not watching American Horror Story, you're missing out on one of the THE BEST horror-genre shows ever on the tube. But have no fear - there's still time to have the crap scared out of you!

On all Hallows Eve (Oct. 31), FX will be airing the first four episodes of American Horror Story in a special marathon, including with the first part of a special two-hour themed episode that will air Wednesday, Oct. 26. You'll definitely want to tune in for this one since it will mark the first spooky appearance of Zachary Quinto.

Don't you just love it when Zac plays creepy?! He does it oh so well!
