Yesterday, we learned that Salt Lake City NBC affiliate KSL-TV decided NOT to broadcast Ryan Murphy's newest television creation The New Normal this fall, based on the grounds that it's:

"inappropriate on several dimensions, especially during family viewing time."

Sadface!

Some of the sitcom's radiating stars recently shared their thoughts on the program's potentially irksome, 'taboo' topics (homosexuality, the reformatting of the traditional family unit, etc.), and it seems they are majorly in favor of encouraging discourse and liberating tightly clamped minds!!

Thankfully, this tiny, Utah-based ink-spot on the starched, white shirt that is The New Normal will probably only help the show, rather than hurt it, so kudos to you!

Since it's Easter Sunday and all, we figured we'd help spread an inspiring message of peace, love, and hope from out and proud Mormon students at Brigham Young University.

Understanding Same-Gender Attraction, an unofficial group of the conservative school, wants U to know that IT GETS BETTER!

It is no secret that homosexuality conflicts with some beliefs taught in the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints, but these students want the world to know that it's okay to practice your faith, while embracing your sexuality!

If God created all life, then God created gay people. Religious members of the LGBT community struggle with their faith and sexuality every day, but these students can promise it's okay to be true to both.

Gay or straight, believer or atheist, we'd like to ask all of our readers to watch the video above this Easter and spread the message that IT GETS BETTER!

They're a step closer to moving back to Utah!

A federal judge says the polygamist family from TLC's Sister Wives CAN pursue a lawsuit questioning the constitutionality of Utah’s bigamy law.

When the show came out in September of 2010, an Utah County Attorney threatened to prosecute Kody Brown and his four sister wives – Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn. After the threat the family was forced to move out of conservative state to a suburb of Las Vegas (where almost everything is legal).

The Mormon-esque family isn't happy about the move. They want Utah's anti-poligamy laws abolished so the 21 member family can return to their less-than-wellcoming home state.

The Browns plan to sue Utah's under claims that their bigamy statute violates its constitutional rights to due process, equal protection, free exercise of religion, free speech and freedom of association.
