Bronson Pelletier may deny that he peed in public, but it seems someone isn't buying it — the police!

The Twilight actor has officially been charged with being drunk in public after the LAX incident.

According to the Los Angeles City Attorney's office, Bronson has been charged with one count of public intoxication.

This is only a misdemeanor, but it could land the young actor in prison for a maximum of six months!

That's one costly pee!

Bronson is due back in court for an arraignment hearing on January 7th.

And we hear he'll be answering to those other drug charges just ten days later on January 17th! Eesh!

Alec Baldwin won't be punished for losing his shiz on a photographer last June.

Marcus Santos, a Daily News photographer, claimed that the angry 30 Rock star punched him in the chin outside the New York City Clerk's office where he had picked up his marriage license.

The photog reported the incident to the cops, but prosecutors don't buy his story and in the end, things worked out in Alec's favor. A source explained:
