Things just do not get better for Suge Knight.

Not only is the 50-year-old facing murder as well as attempted murder charges, he's also being sued by Terry Carter's family for running him over that fateful night.

But Suge isn't the only one named in the wrongful death lawsuit. Dr. Dre and Ice Cube have also been called out in the case.

Terry's wife and children filed the lawsuit and are claiming both producers of Straight Outta Compton hired known gang members to protect the set and shoots in gang-infested neighborhoods.

The case is also claiming some of the gang members started the drama and threatened the rapper, which lead to his decision to drive through the parking lot recklessly and eventually running over Carter.

Carter's family is also suing the location where it happened. They're claiming Tam's Burgers often experience violent crimes in their parking lot so they should've had security to prevent things from happening.

Terry's family is seeking unspecified damages in their lawsuit.

Kim Richards Officially Charged Following Her Drunken Beverly Hills Incident — Reality TV Star Could Face Jail Time If Found Guilty!

no title

If Kim Richards thought the law would overlook that huge freakout she had in Beverly Hills last month, she was wrong!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star did break quite a few rules when she went on that alcohol-infused rampage at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Even though the reality TV star checked into a rehab in Malibu to get over her addiction, the Los Angeles County D.A. is still charging Kim with public intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery on a cop.

Unfortunately, if the 50-year-old is found guilty of all of those charges, she could possibly be sentenced to two-and-a-half years in jail!

Well, if Kim does have a future behind bars, she could probably hit up Teresa Giudice for some advice.

Jackie Chan Reveals He Supports The Death Penalty For Drug Offenders Months After His Son Goes to Jail On Marijuana Charges

Jackie Chan has some harsh thoughts on what the consequence should be for those who are convicted of drug offenses.

It's a bit surprising since his own son, Jaycee, was sentenced to jail for sheltering others to use drugs — mainly marijuana — in his home.

After being named the first celebrity anti-drug ambassador in Singapore, the 61-year-old talked about his personal thoughts on the punishment for the penalty.

Seeing as how Singapore and China have capital punishment for drug trafficking, it's safe to say Jackie agrees with the consequences already put in place.

He says:

"On some issues, I do support the death penalty. When you're hurting thousands and thousands of young children, I think these kind of people are useless. You should get the right punishment.

[Young people say marijuana] 'it's okay, it's just like a cigarette.' I say, 'It's not okay, not in my family.'"

The actor then went on to talk about how the drug charges against his son has made him change his views on his off-spring.

He said:

"I'm concentrating on him now. [It] used to be just, 'You are a grown man.' But now I've found out that he's still a boy."

Sounds like Singapore made the right call by asking Jackie to be their ambassador on this topic!

At least Jackie understands it's a problem and is willing to work on the issue with Jaycee.

The 38-year-old actor suffered a sore knee and back, but no serious injuries.

Police have recommended that the thespian press charges of intimidation against the photog.

No other information has been released regarding the identity of said suspect. We're just glad Ryan wasn't harmed and is back to work!
