Ryan Lochte's dreams are literally coming true!

He was spotted hanging out with Carmen Electra at a club, and things were apparently pretty flirty!

Ryan must've been so happy because he went online and called her his "biggest crush since childhood."

The two of them were spotted at Bootsy Bellows in Hollywood on Tuesday night by an eyewitness, who had the following to say about the GLORIOUS sight:

Since Colorado recently legalized the use of recreational marijuana last year — two clubs opened, which includes Club 64 and The White Horse Inn.

However, because the Inn couldn't hold it's horses, it lost its lease and got shut down after only a day on account of opening ahead of schedule.
