Rapper Chief Keef was walking out of a court house after just being released, when he was arrested YET AGAIN. Yeah, eat your heart out Guinness World Records!!

Earlier the rapper plead guilty to one count of driving 40mph over the speed limit and received an 18-month ban on driving, when he was taken in again for trespassing on a Chicago apartment earlier in May.

We reported about his arrest in May, when the 17-year old rapper went over 110mph in a 55mph speed zone in Northfield, IL. While Chief received cuffs from Illinois officers, he received a standing ovation from anyone who has ever played a Need For Speed video game.

The plot thickens, Perezcious readers!

We had heard rumblings about Tyler, the Creator getting the blame for the speeding and reckless driving incident in Justin Bieber's neighborhood, but it looks like it isn't just rumblings going on.

In fact, the Biebs might be off the hook because Tyler actually IS happy to take the blame!

Tyler revealed some BREAKING news on Twitter about the whole incident:

Some sports just bring out the famous and elite — and the Formula One Grand Prix in Monaco is one of those sporting events!

Not only was Cameron Diaz there on business with Leonardo DiCaprio, but she decided to take in the race itself! She was even taking video of the goings on with her iPhone… which if you look closely, it totally has a brass-knuckle case on it!

How is that legal?? Maybe it's made out of plastic!

Oh well, we hope she got some good pics of the Daft Punk Lotus F1 car! We feel like it was probably a show-stealer anyway!

We thought we would LOVE to live next to Justin Bieber! Now we're not so sure!

First, Boyfriend gets accused of recklessly driving his Ferrari around the neighborhood (an accusation that has now found its way stamped on Tyler, The Creator)!

Now, according to multiple complaints from neighbors, the Calabasas kids have a new word for terror- Segway!

OK, it's probably not quite as bad a car! We're not sure it's even possible to wreck the mobile Weebles!

But the Biebs and his buddy were reportedly riding around the neighborhood while smoking joints- right in front of kids!

Add in the noise complaints about late night parties, and now living next to Justin doesn't seem like such a coup!

We can only think of ONE reason as to why Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth would drive to the gym barefoot: he likes the smell of his own brand… and the hot day was a good one for the Hemsworth stank!

Or, maybe he just likes how it feels to drive without shoes. Or, maybe he was just changing his shoes when this pic (above) was snapped!

FINE! Maybe we don't know if Liam Hemsworth likes to smell his own stinky feet!

Either way, we're glad to see him keeping up with his fitness an health! He looks as fab as always!

This isn’t quite the Real Housewives drama we’re used to…

Lisa Vanderpump’s husband, Ken Todd, was pulled over the other night by a cop in West Hollywood. It turns out he was driving his Bentley down Santa Monica Blvd with his headlights turned off. Dangerous!!

Ken had just picked Lisa up from their restaurant SUR — we wonder if this was just an accidental oversight in between stops!

Be careful next time, Ken! We doubt you'll make this mistake again!

Why yes, this hybrid car DOES have wings!

The pic (above) is the next-gen TF-X, and it will be a street legal plug-in hybrid car that has collapsible wings, retractable propellers, and is capable of driving and flying on its own in the event of an emergency. Emergency? More like EVERY TIME WE NEED TO GO TO WORK!
