We hope the dog is okay!

A double amputee, in a wheelchair and with a service dog, got into a disagreement with a Walmart employee over his service animal.

The disabled man pulled out a gun and shot the employee - the shooting victim is now in critical condition at the hospital.

The man in the wheelchair attempted to flee, but was apprehended outside of the store.

His dog is being taken care of by another police officer.

The disabled man has been charged with first degree assault and weapons misconduct, and when he was asked if he'd like a public defender, he refused and said:

"I know how to do that."

We sure hope he does because he could be facing a lot of time in prison!

Celine Dion has finally settled the lawsuit brought about by a disgruntled former employee.

We told you about the North-Of-The-Border nightingale's ex-handyman Keith Sturtevant and his lawsuit alleging she had shortchanged him.

Celine fired back, saying she had in fact offered Keith a hefty severance of 10,000 francs dollars!

Well, it looks like the fight is finally over and A New Day Has Come, thanks to The Power of Love money!

We can only guess the sum offered in the out-of-court settlement was significantly more than 10k.

It seems like Keith finally got a piece of Celine, but it was worth it to give the songstress some peace of mind!
