She's smiling, but we've seen happier faces on Selena Gomez.

Just 24 hours after news broke that she and Justin Bieber broke up, Selena was seen putting on a brave face for the fall launch of her Dream Out Loud collection at Kmart in White Plains, NY on Sunday.

Khloe Kardashian was all stars and smiles while meeting fans at the Kardashian Khaos store in the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas over the weekend.

Wearing a black Patterson J. Kincaid star blazer, rolled-up jeans, and black heels, KoKo looked gorgeous as she signed autographs for her Khlovers. Aw, such lucky fans!

Just another normal day for Mariah Carey.

Mimi is still on her whirlwind trip in London where she was most recently spotted wearing a tight-fitting red trench coat.

Last night, she upgraded to a figure-hugging gold Haider Ackermann dress that she wore to celebrate Prince Azim's 30th birthday at the Dorchester Hotel.

While making her way inside, Mariah was snapped holding a plush lamb that we can only assume was given to her by one of her Lambily fans who were waiting for their Queen (Mariah, not Elizabeth II).

Kylie Minogue showed her boys Dolce & Gabbana some love in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

The Aussie singer stopped by their Rodeo Drive store looking fabulous in a purple leopard print D&G dress and black strappy heels.

How apropos!

Unfortunately, it looks like Kylie's shopping trip was a bust because she came out empty handed.

Selena Gomez is many things: singer, actress, fashionista and more importantly a role model.

The 19 going on 20 year old knows a lot of her fans look up to her, which is why she tries to dress accordingly. She explained to People:

"Obviously sometimes I’m going to dress [up] for me, [but] I wouldn’t specifically want younger kids wearing a gown or a top that I wear. But most of the time I do wear things that are appropriate for everybody."

We're not so sure about the belly-baring outfit she wore to the Kids' Choice Awards, but for the most part we think her style is event appropriate!

Oh and by the way, her Dream Out Loud spring collection hits Kmart stores this week and according to the star "it's really cute".

What a doll!!

Selena Gomez let ten of her biggest fans help her find the perfect finishing touches for her new perfume.

When she was in New York City, they met and got to work right away!!

Selena loved it, saying:

I was nervous. I relate a lot to my fans. Whenever I do concerts, shows, meet and greets, I see these people. They’re my age, or younger or a little older, and we’re all going through the same thing.

They picked out something I’m really excited about and really proud of. It’s really strong and also very feminine. I’m in a place right now where I love intoxicating feelings… you just can’t get enough of it, you want more.

Hmm… kind of like her love with Justin Bieber, LOL!!

She's also been very hands on when it comes to the marketing of the perfume and even helped design the gown-shaped bottle with balloons on top. Cute!

And when it comes to the ad campaign?? She definitely made sure she could float in water.

Later this fall, fans can go to selenagomezperfumes.com and vote on what they'd like it to smell like. The top votes will then be incorporated into the final scent hitting shelves in 2012.

To encourage fans to participate, the first 50,000 voters will receive a free sample of the fragrance and also be entered into a drawing to win a tour of the fragrance lab with Selenita.
