Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice wants to get into politics!

More specifically, she wants to help her Governor, Chris Christie, get into tip-top shape! Jersey looks out for Jersey, LOLz!!

Teresa, of course, has a cookbook called Fabulicious! On the Grill. It's less about that, though, and more that she understands where Chris is coming from. Here's what she said:

New Jersey governor Chris Christie has been under all sorts of criticism since taking office.

Some of the more inappropriate criticisms have been about his weight.

A doctor said that Christie was so overweight it's only a matter of time before he has a heart attack.

Gov. Christie responded that his young children asked if he was going to die after they heard the doc say he could die in office.

That's just awful! This doc didn't even examine him or anything.

The ladies of The View tackled the issue and actually stepped up to defend the governor!

The most outspoken in his defense was Whoopi Goldberg!

We're glad that Chris Christie makes light of people talking about his weight — otherwise, it might be too hard to handle with the constant criticism. On Monday, he even helped David Letterman make a joke about it!

On the flip-side, his weight is a real issue. Especially if he wants to keep office or move onto more important ones!

CNN just talked to a former White House physician who says that Chris's health is so worrisome, that she would even refer to it as a 'time bomb.' Of course we would like him to be healthier, and we're sure he wants to be.

Weight problems are a serious issue and getting them under control is not an easy task. We just hope Chris can step up to the challenge soon!!

Everyone should be happy about Colorado's groundbreaking recreational marijuana win, because it makes logical sense.

Governor Hickenlooper, who has to have made up that last name after a bet, would like to remind everyone that it's going to be a long process and blah blah blah don't be so excited. Who want's to put a stop to people being excited about politics??

The governor of Iowa, Terry Branstad, has said that he wants an investigation started into what he calls "a smear campaign" against pink slime!

The company that makes pink slime (also known as lean, finely textured beef) has shut down production in parts of Iowa, Kansas, and Texas.

About 650 workers have lost their jobs because of this.

Branstad's desire to look into all of the pink slime business may be because he's gotten $150,000 in campaign donations from people in the beef industries.

Well no matter what the investigation finds, at least the U.S. Department of Agriculture will be giving schools the option of having beef without pink slime in it starting next fall.

Either way, all we can say is… gross.
