Hollywood Publicist Indicted For Grand Theft!

Gavel

Wow! We don't see this every day! This is some serious Hollywood scandal!

Hollywood publicist Bradley Frank has been indicted on one count of grand theft, one count of receiving stolen property, and one count of computer access and fraud!

Yikes! That's some tough PR for his firm Rogers & Cowan where he reps most notably actress Meagan Good, Alison Brie from Community, and Old Spice Guy Isaiah Mustafa.

Siri Garber, who was Bradley's boss at Platform PR for five-and-a-half years, alleges he left her company at the end of March and deleted everything off Platform PR's work computer involving his clients, copied the company server's documents, and stole her entire data base.

After an eleven week

Elizabeth Edwards Gets Her Revenge On John - Even After Her Passing!

Filed under: Legal MattersR.I.P.Love LineSad SadJohn Edwards

elizabeth-edwards-gets-her-revenge-on-john-even-after-her-passing

Holy shiz! Best final "eff you" ever!

And all we can really say is…good for her!

The National Enquirer is reporting that before her death, Elizabeth Edwards managed to exact the ultimate revenge on her cheating, dirtbag husband, John Edwards, by recording a secret videotape in which she revealed everything she knew about his affair with Rielle Hunter and its subsequent cover-up, so she could pass it along to the prosecutors investigating him for campaign finance violations!

According to sources, Edwards reached out to her daughter, Cate, in December of 2010, and forced her to agree that if anything were to happen to John, she would take care of their younger children. That's when shiz got real!

The insider explains:

“Elizabeth wanted to exact revenge against John for destroying their 33-year marriage and family by cheating with Rielle. It was Elizabeth’s idea to secretly record a video and tell what knew of the affair and John’s horrific betrayal. It was then – without Cate’s knowledge – that Elizabeth turned the video camera on herself. She passed the video to a close friend and asked that it be sent to prosecutors. On the secret video, Elizabeth spells out EVERYTHING she knew. Elizabeth wanted to haunt John and Rielle – literally from her grave – and she has."

What can we say? Payback's a bitch.

As much as we hate to be negative, we think that for the amount of pain and suffering she endured at his hands, we can only hope that her dying wish comes true.

John Edwards Pleads Not Guilty To Indictment Charges!

john-edwards-pleads-not-guilty-to-indictment-charges

Yeah. As if he'd actually come clean!

John Edwards has pled not guilty to the six felony charges he's currently facing, which include conspiracy, false statements, and campaign law violations!

In a statement given outside a Federal Court in North Carolina, the presidential candidate said:

“There’s no question that I’ve done wrong and I take full responsibility for having done wrong. And I will regret for the rest of my life the pain and the harm that I have caused to others but I did not break the law and I have never, ever thought I was breaking the law.”

As of now, the judge set no bail for him, and Edwards was released on his own recognizance. He has to surrender his passport, and is restricted to traveling in just the states. He also must stay away from Bunny Mellon, the 100-year-old who allegedly gave him the big bucks to cover up his affair with Rielle Hunter.

As the indicment reads:

"Edwards knew that public revelation of the affair and pregnancy would destroy his candidacy by, among other things, undermining Edwards' presentation of himself as a family man and by forcing his campaign to divert personnel and resources away from other campaign activities to respond to criticism and media scrutiny.”

Unbelievable.

We think it's pretty clear that this man is capable of doing some pretty heinous, deplorable things, so forgive us if we're less than prone to believe that he is guiltless in this matter!

As we said before: whomp, whomp!

Actions have consequences…and he has some BIG ONES coming his way!

The Feds Are Ready To Indict You, John Edwards

Filed under: Icky Icky PooPolitikBusted!John Edwards

john-edwards-indict.jpg

They've been ready for awhile, but their gearing up to finally pull the trigger.

After almost two years of investigation, the Feds think they finally have enough information proving John Edwards used campaign funds to hide his extramarital affair with Rielle Hunter to indict him.

Sources are reporting that this morning, additional subpoenas were issued in the case requesting e-mails, records and other material belonging to more than two dozen individuals and organizations with connection to the disgraced Senator. Among those given subpoenas were people in charge of John's nonprofit organization (he may have laundered money donated for use in the cover-up), his former campaign manager Nick Baldick, and the Alliance for a New America LLC. Federal records show that about $3.3 million of the $4.8 million raised by the 527 was distributed to AFNA LLC for unspecified "consulting services." What's that about?

On the political end of things, North Carolina's senators have reached out President Barack Obama and asked that he delay replacing George Holding, the U.S. attorney in Raleigh, as he is heading the investigation.

Everyone is stepping up their game, John. Even the Prez is getting involved. We sure hope you know what you've gotten yourself into.

Facebook Being Used To Smuggle Drugs?!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooDrugsLegal MattersTech Talk

Wow. This is really serious.

Most would agree that Facebook, at its best, is a networking resource, and at its worst, a way to successfully waste time, but now it appears that international drug rings are using it as a way to communicate with their couriers during smuggling operations!

Luvman Allison has been indicted by federal prosecutors in Brooklyn after he allegedly used Facebook to arrange the delivery of more than kilo of heroin through JFK Airport!

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent James Holt revealed that Allison "explicitly discussed the methods he uses to covertly transport narcotics."

Meanwhile, officials in Malaysia have claimed that the social-networking site is also being used by international drug syndicates to recruit women as drug mules!

Just awful!

We sincerely hope that precautions can be put into place to ensure that this sort of thing stops, and immediately!

Thoughts??

Awful.

Actress Amy Locane of Melrose Place fame, who was arrested this past June after she killed a person during a drunk-driving accident in New Jersey, was yesterday indicted by a grand jury on charges of aggravated manslaughter and assault by auto.

She is now facing 10-30 years in jail for the manslaughter charge, and 5-10 years for the assault by auto charge.

Drinking and driving is not a joke, people.

Our thoughts go out to everyone affected by this horrible tragedy.
