Jerry Sandusky's lawyers are arguing that he deserves a new trial because they didn't have enough time to prepare for the first one.

When it comes to Anne Hathaway, we almost never have anything to say about her weight. It always seems normal and healthy to us, which is fab — unless, of course, she's taking a role like she did in Les Misérables, and she loses a ton of weight for the role. Even then, it's more of a feat and less of a worrisome situation.

That's why we're partially surprised to hear that Anne is so stressed over her weight. The part of us that isn't surprised is because that's the world we live in, unfortch, especially for women in Hollywood. It's such a bummer.
