Hmmm… this is inneresting!

Terry Crews played in the NFL for seven seasons, and while no one who plays professional football has ever come out as an openly gay man, the Everybody Hates Chris actor thinks that if someone did decide to speak up about who they truly are, it would be really hard on them.

Apparently, the U.S. Navy has been having problems with sailors using bath salts!!

So they decided to make a PSA to warn the troops.

But this wasn't a normal, 30 second "drugs are bad" PSA. This was a "things are gonna get weird" PSA.

Obesity is now the leading reason for a potential army volunteer to be turned away from service.

Over 1,600 soldiers have been kicked out of the army this year alone due to being overweight.

Maybe it has something to do with the ban on fast food joints on military bases being lifted…

Fish Oil May Help Prevent Suicide

Time to eat more fish!

A new military study has indicated that servicemen and women with lower levels of Omega-3 fatty acids are linked to a higher risk of suicide.

In fact, those with low levels were 60% more likely to end their own life. Why?

According to CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Omega-3 is a source of "good mood enhancers" like dopamine and serotonin. Individuals who aren't getting enough of the fatty acid can have up to 50% less of these stabilizing chemicals flowing through their blood and brain!

Inneresting!

Check out the video above to learn more about the connection between Omega-3 and mental health!
