Gallagher, comedian and fruit smashing enthusiast, has suffered a heart attack. He has been hospitalized in Texas.

The legend suffered a heart attack at a bar moments before he was supposed to perform while preparing to go on stage.

That's when he began to experience intense chest pains, luckily the club owner was quick to call 911.

Apparently he had a "mild to serious" heart attack and will remain in the hospital for the next couple of days.

We hope they find out what's wrong!

Unfortunately this wasn't the first time this has happened, though. He collapsed on stage during a performance in Minnesota after suffering a "minor heart attack," just one year ago.

HIRE A LAWYER!!

Apparently Kris Humphries wanted to appoint his Minnesota business lawyer to represent him in his divorce with Kim Kardashian.

The problem is that in Cali, an out of state lawyer has to have a local attorney by his side (why?). So he hired one.

That lawyer has since dropped out.

So without a sponsor, Kris is without any lawyers!

Meanwhile, Kim has hired Hollywood's most infamous divorce laywer (of course.) Laura Wasser, who has a long list of celebrity divorces.

Just hire a new lawyer, Kris. It's easy. Don't put yourself through slaughter!

Hilariously dubbed the "Awkward Auction," the Minnesota Twins are selling a baseball they have that was signed by Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian.

They got the ball last July when Kris threw out the first pitch at a Twins game!

But, the bad news is this — the auction is now giving out an error message!

That message is presumably because the word of the auction went viral, so after it hit the $1,000 mark (why, people?) everything went kaput.

Bummer!

We just hope things get cleared up soon — the money will be going to a good place. Proceeds from the auction, which ends on the 14th, will benefit the Minnesota Twins Community Fund!

At least the awkwardness aims to help! Ha!
