Sometimes it seems like twins share everything, but usually not amniotic sacs!

Kate and Annie Carlson are monoamniotic twins, meaning they suffered from a rare disorder in which they didn't get their own individual amniotic sacs and were forced to share one!

Delivery team leader Dr. Susan Crowe says:

"Having a set of monoamniotic twins can be dangerous and unpredictable. With no membrane dividing them, the obstetrician has to balance the risk of prematurity with the risk of a cord event."

Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened.

Miracles CAN happen.

Tori Spelling recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Finn, but it wasn't always certain the baby would make it. Or Tori, herself, for that matter. Both of their lives were in danger.

Originally presumed dead, the baby from Argentina who survived twelve hours locked in a casket before her parents heard her cries, Luz Milagros is now four months old and is almost ready to go home for the first time ever.

The little girl has been kept under care in a hospital, but has been flown to another hospital that is closer, proximity-wise, to her parents, and although she isn't ready to go home just yet - she's very close!!!

The little girl has neurological damage, still has internal bleeding, and has to be kept on a respirator. The parents have acknowledged it will be difficult to take care of her in their home, but they are more than up to the challenge.

Charlotte Cheshire was distraught when her newborn baby Adam refused to eat, but once she took him to the hospital, things only got worse.

Adam collapsed and began having seizures. He had to be put on a ventilator to breathe. Doctors eventually induced a coma to protect the child.

Adam was diagnosed with a brain infection called Group B Strep Meningitis. Charlotte says:

"Group B Strep is very common in the United Kingdom with 1-in-4 women carriers. It can be quickly and easily detected with a swab test between 35 to 37 weeks of pregnancy and treated with antibiotics during labor but the National Health Service currently don't test for it."

With Adam languishing in a coma due to this preventable condition, Charlotte did the only thing a mother could. She cuddled her baby.

Miraculously, at his mother's hug, Adam awoke from the coma!

Aside from some permanent hearing damage, Adam was given a clean bill of health and sent home with Mom shortly after.

Charlotte has barely let her son out of her arms since, practicing "kangaroo care", where the mother acts as an incubator for the newborn baby.

We're not surprised- if you had magic mom hugging powers, would you ever let go?

It's a Miracle!!!

An Argentina woman gave birth to a stillborn baby… so she was told!

The hospital told the mother and father their daughter was born dead. Naturally, the couple believed the doctors and they didn't demand proof. You'd assume a DOCTOR could tell the difference between DEAD and ALIVE!!

So, over twelve hours later the distraught couple went to the morgue to say goodbye to their daughter. When they opened the coffin they got the shock of their life: the baby started to cry!

She was alive!!!!

Amazing news for the parents, but that's AWFUL for the poor baby that had to spend most of her first day on earth in a friggn casket!! LOLZ!

The baby, they named Luz Milagros (which translates to "Miracle Light") is currently in critical condition — and improving!

Freaks and Geeks star Linda Cardellini announced a couple months ago that she and boyfriend Steven Rodriguez were expecting their first child together.

And it looks like her pregnancy has been a roller coaster ride for the actress.

She says that the first few months of pregnancy were the roughest of her life, but now that she's gotten used to it, she's feeling a bit like herself again.
