New ISIS Propaganda Video Includes Shots Of Times Square

Police say there is no specific threat.

ISIS has released a new propaganda video that references New York City.

The clip began circulating the internet on Wednesday, showing footage of what appears to be a suicide bomber constructing an explosive for a belt.

Shots of Times Square are spliced in-between those of a faceless individual building a suicide belt. The footage shows taxis, crowds, and notable NYC storefronts.

The video did NOT show a bomber or radicalist in the city itself. But the clip did include video of French President François Hollande speaking after last week's tragic Paris attacks.

NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information Stephen Davis acknowledges that this appears to be a threat towards the Big Apple, saying in a statement:

"While some of the video footage is not new, the video reaffirms the message that New York City remains a top terrorist target."

He made it clear that the police are treating the matter incredibly seriously, even though there is no word of any immediate threat, continuing:

The 35-year-old appeared on Good Morning America to open up about the traumatic incident in which he was "body-slammed" and handcuffed by a plainclothes NYPD officer while he was standing outside his hotel!

Blake said he was detained for about 15 minutes by at least four plainclothes officers. The half African American athlete tried to explain to the cops that they had the wrong guy, but none of the officers listened to him!

As for what he wants from the NYPD, Blake's request is simple. He explains:

"I'd like an apology. I'd like an explanation for how they conducted themselves."

While the tennis pro still has some unanswered questions, New York Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said that Blake "has a right to be upset," saying about the detainment:

Eric, of course, was killed by officers of the New York City Police Department last July — in fact, one year ago on Friday — after being stopped for selling cigarettes on the street.

The officers, while subduing Garner, choked him and those actions led to his death. Garner's haunting, famous refrain — "I can't breathe" — was memorialized during protests in the ensuing weeks.

The offer from the city comes at a time where Esaw must decide

This is such an awesome thing!

Tragically, NYPD officer Rafael Ramos was executed this weekend while on patrol in his car — and he left behind two sons. 13-year-old Jaden Ramos is still in middle school and Justin attends Bowdoin College in Maine.

Luckily, New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner started the Yankee Silver Shield Foundation in 1982, which pays for the education of children who lost a parent in the line of duty. So, both of the boys will still get to have the best schooling possible.
