We can't stop cringing.

A man in India was a pneumonia patient at a hospital in Kolkata (formerly Calcutta).

When his family members arrived for a visit, they found him in a pool of blood with no medical staff around.

One of the man's relatives said:

"No nurse was found at the scene and he was writhing in pain. His penis had been nibbled by rats."

The relative also said the hospital staff had:

"[…] admitted the presence of rats in the hospital."

The man was pronounced dead shortly after the family discovered him.

This is terrible.

We hope some serious changes are implemented at the hospital.

No one should ever have to suffer such an awful way to die.

A new study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine said that men who put their penises in animals have a higher likelihood of penis cancer.

Gross.

The journal said:

"We think that the intense and long-term SWA [sex with animals] practice could produce micro-traumas in the human penile tissue. The genital mucus membranes of animals could have different characteristics from human genitalia, and the animals' secretions are probably different from human fluids. Perhaps animal tissues are less soft than ours, and non-human secretions would be toxic for us."

Double gross.

The Huffington Post said:

"A member of a pro-zoophilia group told The Huffington Post by email that the results of the study should prompt people to take precautions, like using a condom, when having sex with animals."

Because protection is so important when you're abusing an animal.

Disgusting.

Cancer is horrible. It always is, and always will be. But we have trouble feeling bad for anyone who has sex with animals.

So please, love animals… just not physically.
