Cheryl Cole's former personal bodyguard Craig Balkam claims the X Factor UK legend owes him over $100k in unpaid wages!

Cheryl recently spoke out about her X Factor U.S. axing, and how she wants the rest of the cash owed to her — including that which was paid to her security detail.

Yeah girl! Extend that protection to you BFF4Ls!!!

Miley Cyrus recently filed for a restraining order against the scissor carrying stalker who attempted to break into her home back in September.

The order apparently requires the dude to stay 1000 yards away from the potential porn star…

But it seems Miley also asked that the 1000 yard limit extend to Wendy and Catlin Green who were on Mileybird's property at the time of the intrusion!

While we doubt Jason Luis Rivera has any inclination to stalk Miley's friends, especially since he was supposedly under the delusion that the future Mrs. Liam Hemsworth was HIS wife, it's lovely to see the starlet's concern for her acquaintances.

Now let's just hope the retraining order sticks once Jason is outta jail!
