Honestly, why can't more official things have a sense of humor?
It makes absolutely no sense to us why things have to be so heavy all the time — and we're glad to see that the cops in Seattle are having fun with the new legalization of marijuana.
Think we're joking? Here are a few of the Q&A's posted on their official site article called Marijwhatnow? A Guide to Legal Marijuana Use In Seattle:

The evolution has begun. For Starbucks, at least.
The popular chain has opened their first business venture that doesn't revolve around coffee. Evolution Fresh is a juice shop that caters to customers seeking products that will help them live a healthier lifestyle, as the president of Starbucks Channel Development said:
"Our customers are looking for a healthier lifestyle. Juice and nutrition is no longer a fad. It's a full-blown trend."
According to sources, the first shop has opened near Seattle in Bellevue, Washington and the menu features a variety of fresh squeezed juices, along with vegan and vegetarian food selections.
As you'll notice in the picture above, the shop has very little to do with Starbucks. In fact, the only mention of the biggest brand in coffee is a menu offering of Starbucks Pike Place Roast for $1.95. Despite the fact that Evolution Fresh will always be the younger sibling of Starbucks in our mind, the company believes their new health and wellness chain is "a brand concept that stands on its own."
One thing this place does have in common with the familiar coffee franchise is the signature price. One hand-crafted juice will cost your wallet $7.99. Will U give Starbucks' new juice a shot?

So scary!
Hydroplane racer Kayleigh Perkins-Mallory had to be pulled out of the water by rescuers after being submerged for over 90 seconds when her Hydroplane race vehicle flipped on Seattle's Lake Washington this past Sunday.
Fortunately, the accident wasn't as bad as it looks and Kayleigh was not seriously injured, explaining:
"It was a very gentle crash. I really don't have a scratch on me. This boat took all the brunt of the force."
Check out the video above to see her hydroplane fly into the air like a paper airplane, then take a horrifying crash into the water.
We're so glad she's okay!

Lexington, Kentucky!
And remember, that's not a good thing either.
Men's Health Magazine found Lexington as the least active city in the United States after studying data including how often people exercised, the percentage of households that watch more than 15 hours of cable a week, and households that buy more than 11 video games a year.
The fitness publication also took advantage of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's rate of deaths from deep-vein thrombosis — a condition linked to staying in a seated position for a long time — to come to its conclusion.
Indianapolis; Jackson, Mississippi; Charleston, West Virginia; and Oklahoma City made up the rest of America's least sedentary cities.
Seattle, however, was named America's MOST ACTIVE city, which is definitely something to take pride in. We wish we could say the same for these other lazy locales.
C'mon guys! Get up and move!
