It's been one craaaaAAAAaaaazy week for Directioners.

One Direction had their big announcement yesterday where they announced their Where We Are stadium tour in 2014 - and to sweeten the deal, they went SHIRTLESS.

Yes, after their press conference, the boys walked out onto the massive Wembley Stadium soccer field where they took off their shirts and changed into several jersies representing all the countries they will be touring next year. OH, and not only that, but they played soccer too like the little hotties that they are.

After throwing shade at one of this generation's most popular rappers, even calling him ugly, Amanda Bynes put herself out there for the whole world to see!!

The Easy A star posted two really risqué SHIRTLESS selfies on Twitter just minutes ago, proudly flaunting her midriff… and totally showing off her tittays!!

We're proud whenever a person is so comfortable with their own body that they flaunt it to the entire world, but we're also nervous about the captions Amanda posted alongside the pics!

In one of them she says:

While we think it's completely fine for Lance Armstrong to run to get his health up, we just hope that he's not running to try to compete again.

Earlier today, the biker hit the streets of Austin, TX to go for a shirtless run, and since he just found out that he's officially getting sued by the Justice Department, we're pretty sure he had a lot on his mind.

Running is sometimes the best remedy to burn off some steam, but in Lance's case, he may need to sprint for a very long time in order to forget about his troubles.

We're not sure if Armstrong is getting in shape in hopes to get into a competition, but whatever he's doing, we can only wish that he's doing it for himself — at this point we'd say that's for the best!

Justin Bieber has been getting a lot of shizz for taking off his shirt and posting half-nekkid antics on Instagram, but when it comes to Matthew McConaughey… he's saying let the teenager take it off wherever he wants, even at the airport!!

The Magic Mike actor kind of has a point though. Who are we to hate because Justin doesn't like clothes???

If anything, we should embrace it!

Rafael Nadal beat the hell out of Roger Federer at the BNP Paribas Open, so in celebration and thanks to his fans for cheering him on, he took off his shirt and showed us his shirtless body!

Oooh la laaaaa!

Mark-Paul Gosselaar has been busy filming his TV show, Franklin & Bash, and while he did his thing on the beach in Malibu yesterday, we couldn't help but stare at his manly pecks!!!
