LeAnn was a bit more conservative than short shorts this time, wearing a fun onomatopoeia shirt.

The man who allegedly killed Usher's stepson has been arrested.

You may recall back in July of last year we told you the story of Kile Glover's death in that tragic jet ski accident.

Well, according to the law, the fault of the accident may lie with one man.

It looks like there will be no respite from the custody battle between Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster.

In the wake of the tragic death of Tameka's son Kile Glover, Usher requested the judge delay the upcoming hearing to give everyone time to deal with their loss.

It's impossible to say whether the judge listened to Tameka's claims that Usher was faking his grief or simply didn't see the need for a break.

Either way, the trial will resume as scheduled.

Tameka's words did seem to affect Usher himself. The singer has decided to respond with a message…

…to Kile.

Usher tweeted Thursday:

"I miss you too. Silent is golden moments like that are worth a million expressions. Not sayin much cuz I'm tryin not be #misunderstood."

We can see this is a complicated situation, but Usher certainly seems sincere.

We hope that even if Tameka and Usher can't reconcile their own differences, they can at least come to an understanding in respect to one another's loss.

With a tragedy like this there is more than enough pain to go around.

The funeral is underway for Usher's stepson Kile Glover, who was killed in a tragic jet ski accident last week.

Kile's mother Tameka Foster is going through the hardest thing imaginable, and the intensity of her grief is clear to all. A source at the funeral says:

Usher's stepson Kile Glover, who recently passed away in a horrific jet ski accident, will be buried this Friday in Atlanta.

The funeral will be held at the Wieuca Road Baptist Church on Peachtree Road at 11 a.m. on Friday.

Here was a statement from the family:

"We know God's in control, and are leaning on our faith in Him and His word at this most difficult time. We firmly believe in the power of prayer and ask that you all continue to pray and lift Kile up, as it's the best way we can all support him now."

It's incredibly sad to lose a family member, but it's a tragedy to lose a child, especially for a mother.

Our hearts go out to his family.
