The Situation is giving a whole new meaning to GTL : gym, tan, LAWSUIT.

The Jersey Shore star is finally taking legal action against the Abercrombie & Fitch after they publicly offered him money to NOT wear their clothes earlier this year.

According to the suit filed in Florida, Sitch claims A&F "infringed on the GTL and the Situation trademarks" through their lame publicity stunt and by selling shirt with the words "The Fitchuation" and "GTL…You Know The Deal" printed on them.

Mike is seeking at least $4 million in damages.

Ouch. Maybe next time Abercrombie will keep their mouths shut.

Kim Kardashian's Hairless Body Sued!

kim-kardashian-promotes-tria-beauty-laser-hair-removal__opt.jpg

Kim Kardashian is being sued by for allegedly lying about how she got her hair-free body.

Radiant, the makers of no!no! hair, claim she is "deceiving the public" by promoting an at home laser hair removal product called TRIA.

Radiant has listed the many lies of Kim K in their lawsuit, which includes:

-Kim says she uses TRIA over her entire body, but Radiant maintains even TRIA says it's not safe for the face, head, ears, neck, nipples, genitals or anus

-Kim claims "You'll never need razors or shaving cream again", but TRIA's instructions note the product is supposed to be used in concert with shaving.

-Kim has said numerous times she's been getting professional hair removal treatments for more than a decade, so Radiant wants to know how she can possibly say TRIA is her secret.

Radiant wants the reality starlet to stop making all these false claims on top of unspecified damages.

So far, no comment from Kim, but since she just signed on to hawk the product for another 18 months, we doubt she cares.

hailey-clauson-urban-outfitters-jason-lee-parry-xrated-tshirt-lawsuit.jpg

The parents of model Hailey Clauson (above) have filed a HUGE lawsuit against Urban Outfitters for selling a t-shirt that featured an x-rated picture of their then 15 year old daughter "spreading eagle".

The photo in question was shot by photographer Jason Lee Parry and is accused of making "her crotch area the focal point of the image" and styled it to show "what some observers believe to be pubic hair".

Eww!

The suit claims Parry agreed not to release the image, only to have it published in Qvest magazine. According to photog the photos were stolen and that's how they ended up everywhere.

Jason Lee Parry is also accused of cutting a deal with El Lay boutique Blood Is The New Black to sell t-shirts with the spread eagle image as well as another picture of Clauson holding a six-pack of beer.

The Clausons are seeking $28 million because it not only damaged Hailey's reputation, but it also violate child pornography laws.
