Apparently, Nicollette Sheridan has not only burned bridges, she NUKED them!

The witness list for Nicollette vs. Marc Cherry trial has been released and it will have Desperate Housewivers Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, James Denton, Marcia Cross and Neal McDonough.

All the former DH alums will testify on behalf of their old boss!

Nicollette's former cast-mates will state that they never saw Cherry hit her nor witnessed any retaliation after she went to ABC's head honchos.

Eva and the gang will testify for 30 minutes or less while Nicollette wants to hammer at Cherry for EIGHT HOURS!

Nicollette's chances just took a severe nose dive.

This is truly disturbing.

Looks like he's not just after News of the World anymore!

To recap, back in July, Hugh Grant opened up about his decision to expose the News of the World (NOTW) phone hacking scandal to the world.

Then, last week we heard AWFUL reports that the mother of Hugh's child had been harassed AND threatened after he spoke to the press.

The jailed son of Oscar-winner Michael Douglas and grandson of Kurt Douglas is finding new ways to tarnish the Douglas name!!

As part of his plea deal for early release, Cameron Douglas testified against one of his alleged drug suppliers, Eduardo and David Escalera.

While on the stand, the former smack, meth and crack-addict told the NYC court some rather odd stories about his drug dealing past.

So, so sad.

During the second day of the Conrad Murray involuntary manslaughter trial, Michael Jackson's bodyguard Faheem Muhammed testified before the court, retelling what he saw on the day the pop singer died.

Muhammed says that he entered MJ's bedroom just moments after his death and saw Prince and Paris Jackson watching in horror. He continues:

"Paris was on the ground, balled up and crying. Prince had a really shocked, just slowly crying kind of look."

He also says that Michael was sprawled on his bed, diagonally, with his eyes and mouth open. Conrad Murray was trying to revive him, "administering CPR." He said "he appeared very nervous. He was sweaty."

The nanny then took the children out of the room.

Wow. Those poor children.

Such a tragic story.

An Italian judge has yet to decide if Dolce & Gabbana will face criminal charges for tax fraud.

Both the prosecution and defense were in court on Friday to hear Judge Simone Luerti's ruling, only to have it postponed until April 1st.

The judge did however, meet with the designer's tax consultant Luciano Patelli in a closed hearing, where he gave deposition testimony.
