Kate Moss' Underwear Turned Vegan Hubby Into A Carnivore

Apparently Kate Moss' underwear will make people do practically anything!

The model's husband, Jamie Hince, was a vegan for 20 years, but as soon as he met Kate and got a view of her tight booty in her undies while she was making him a bacon sandwich, he threw away the veggies and tore up some meat.

In his interview with the London Evening Standard, Jamie gave us a run down on how his veganism got tossed out the window:

"I was vegan for about 20 years. But then… the thing that really tipped me over the edge was when I first met Kate, had just started seeing her, and I walked into the kitchen and she was in her underwear making me a bacon sandwich. She didn't know I was vegan, and I was like… all my principles went out of the window. Or my priorities went right."

Guess there's no saying no to a hot piece of meat in skivvies serving up another hot piece of meat on a sandwich.

Moss is a hard slab of a model to turn down!

PETA Responds To Fur-Wearing Vegan Stacey Bendet

ap10042702626_e.jpg

We knew they'd have something to say!

Animal rights group PETA has fired off a response to alice + olivia's Stacey Bendet.

The label's designer recently said she sees nothing wrong with wearing fur, despite being a vegan and not eating meat.

Here's what their campaign manager Danielle Katz, had to say:

Dear Ms. Bendet,

Greetings from PETA. We were pleased to hear that you refuse to support the cruel factory-farming industry by eating a vegan diet. In light of this, I must say that we were surprised to see that you would allow yourself to become a spokesperson for the violent fur trade. Please take a few minutes to watch this video, which is narrated by Martha Stewart, who had a change of heart about fur after learning that animals are routinely bludgeoned, gassed, and often skinned alive for their fur. After viewing the video, I hope that you will agree that there's nothing glamorous about the way that animals suffer and die in the fur industry.

Because of the cruelty that's inherent in the fur industry, a rapidly growing number of designers—including Stella McCartney, Marc Bouwer, Vivienne Westwood, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Perry Ellis, and Liz Claiborne—have chosen to create wonderful designs without using animal fur. Many celebrities have also sworn off fur, including first ladies Michelle Obama and Carla Bruni, who both recently announced that they are fur-free.

Wonder if she'll have a response.

Thoughts???

Wilde Voted Sexiest Vegetarian

wenn28120464.jpg

Looks like 2010 has been a good year so far for hottie Olivia Wilde.

The 26-year-old was voted the Sexiest Actress of 2010 by Victoria's Secret. And now, she's received yet another award for her sexiness.

PETA has named Wilde their Sexiest Vegetarian of 2010.

According to PETA:

"Animal lover and activist Olivia Wilde proves that being vegan helps one shine from the inside out. She has saved lives on Fox's hit show House and has saved the lives of animals off-screen by choosing a vegan diet. Going vegan saves the lives of about 100 animals a year!"

As for Olivia, she's just as excited, adding:

"Beyond my desire to boycott the torture factories, I am also way happier when I eat a plant based diet, and I feel about a thousand times more energetic."

Congrats!

Ellen's Brutal No Fun Diet

ellen_shapemag_e.jpg

This month, Ellen DeGeneres is featured on the cover of Shape magazine and dishes on how she stays in shape and fit. And it sucks!

Ellen reveals "No cake, no cookies, no candy", which is on top of her strict vegan diet of "no animals, no dairy, nothing processed; a lot of soup, veggies, rice, beans, legumes."

Dayum!

The American Idol judge also says she also squeezes some power yoga into her schedule.

And even though she may not have tons of free time, she adds: "It’s hard, but you have to make time to take care of yourself."

We agree it's important to take care of yourself, but nothing's wrong with a little indulgence from time to time!
