Sick of fad diets? Try these seven easy tips and start eating healthier today!
Avoid corn syrup — More and more research is showing that corn syrup is worse for you than regular sugar.
Stay away from junk food — It can be addicting…seriously. Studies have shown that junk food affects your brain the same way as addictive drugs do.
Structure meal and snack time — Waiting too long in between meals can make you crave more food, and so when you sit down to eat you├óΓé¼Γäóre more likely to overindulge.
Eat a good breakfast — Preferably one with protein and fiber so you stay fuller throughout the day.
Choose fresh/raw foods — The closer foods are to being in their original state (e.g. whole wheat instead of white), the better your body scan process them.
Eat in a good environment — In other words, don├óΓé¼Γäót go to a buffet where it├óΓé¼Γäós tempting to grab seconds. Eat in a place where it├óΓé¼Γäós easy for you to pick healthy choices.
Enjoy you food — And eat slowly! If you eat to quickly you won├óΓé¼Γäót realize that it├óΓé¼Γäós full until you├óΓé¼Γäóve already overeaten.
