New details are emerging about Milania Giudice’s arrest!
As we previously reported, Teresa Giudice’s 20-year-old daughter was taken into custody in May for “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury,” with the case being classified as domestic violence. There wasn’t any information about what led to Milania’s arrest, and she hasn’t spilled the tea following the arrest — other than to say she “was not in a good area in my life.” Oh, and to share that the viral mugshot picture circulating online is AI. Now we’re learning more about what happened the day of her arrest! And it sounds messy AF!

According to an arrest report obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, Gabriella Giudice called the police in Montville Township, New Jersey, on May 14 to report her younger sister was allegedly “throwing things” and “acting erratically.” The 21-year-old claimed to the dispatcher that Milania was “throwing food [and] candles.” However, the alleged victim in the incident was not named. No weapons or injuries were reported either.
The report stated that Milania was placed in handcuffs at the time of her arrest. Her vehicle was also searched “before and after transport.” The location of the arrest is listed as The Real Housewives of New Jersey icon’s home.
Who was the other person involved in the incident? That’s the mystery right now. Authorities labeled the situation as “domestic violence/confidential,” so we likely won’t get those deets anytime soon.
