Franco Was Tired, Not Stoned

James Franco doesn’t do the wacky tobaccy, guys!
So naturally, he was just incredibly exhausted at the Oscars, and not high.
And we believe that he was tired, too. Between flying back and forth from LA to NYC every weekend for rehearsals and the crazy intense school work-load that he has, it’s no wonder at all that he’d be a bit sleepy!
According to a rep:

“James does not drink or do drugs ever.”

Pretty blunt. Pun intended.
But is it true?
Seems like it!
He almost didn’t get the part in 127 Hours, which he was nominated for an Oscar. Danny Boyle thought he was so laid back because he was blazed. Not the case.
Director Danny Boyle:

“I wasn’t sure at first,” 127 Hours director Danny Boyle told. “We met him and he was so relaxed├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥he looked stoned to me. People say that about him. But he’s not. In fact, he’s abstemious.”

Sounds like enough evidence to us to suggest that he was just all tuckered out and not doing bong hits backstage with Helen Mirren!
