Such a lovely gesture!
Christina Aguilera took time away from her new judging position on The Voice to congratulate her former Mickey Mouse Club co-star and friend Britney Spears on the release of her new album, Femme Fatale!
Hey @BritneySpears Congrats on Femme Fatale release! Can’t wait to see what you bring in the next video. xo – Xtina
So thoughtful!
And before we could even speculate as to whether or not our Brit Brit appreciated the gesture, she took to Twitter to let Xtina know herself!
She wrote:
Thanks @TheRealXtina. Can’t wait to watch you on your new show. Hope we get to hear that voice on The Voice. -Brit
So sweet! We know that they’ve had their differences in the past, but we’re so thrilled to see them clearly putting that nonsense aside and choosing to be supportive of their new successes!
Keep it up, gurls!
