Well, really he needs $$$ and fast. Otherwise, he’s going to lose his house!
Unfortunately for him, the offers haven’t been pouring in for Chris Tucker and we imagine the residual checks from the Rush Hour trilogy have started to dry up. We have to assume that his lack of funds is the reason he hasn’t been making the payments on his mortgage on his $6 million mansion in Florida.
But things are about to get that much worse for him as SunTrust Bank filed foreclosure papers on the property since the comedian owes more than $4.4 million on the 10,000 square-foot home. If he doesn’t come up with some money fast, he’s going to be homeless. Like, legit homeless.
Then again, did he really have to purchase a house with a basement fashioned into a pirate ship, complete with a mast and a sail? And who really needs a full outdoor kitchen … besides Charlie Sheen?!
