Heather Locklear And Jack Wagner Forced To Face The Law Over Their Violent Fight!!!

Oh No!! Just what Heather Locklear needs right now.. MORE drama!!
Even though neither she nor Jack Wagner wanted to press charges after their physical showdown, the police still sent the report in to the City Attorney.
And they think they need a lil more info before they decide whether or not to press criminal battery charges!!
According to one member of the LAPD, HeLo completely lost it so Jack retaliated. Yikes!!!
Now the two need to go in and explain the situation. But sources close to the situation think the case will be dropped as long as the two show up and don’t kill each other in the process.
We’ve got our fingers crossed!!! (that it’s dropped and that they both realize that violence is never okay… they are NOT filming Melrose Place anymore! ugh!
