Even though more allegations about John Travolta‘s sexual escapades are pouring out of the woodwork, John Doe #2 has grown tired of the this media mess and has dropped his lawsuit against the actor!
The anonymous masseur, who claimed the married actor sexually assaulted him during a massage at a hotel in Atlanta, fired attorney Okorie Okorocha a few days after John Doe #1 did the same.
As we all know, Gloria Allred has scooped that anonymous man up, but it doesn’t sound like Travolta’s second accuser will continue with the case. Instead he’s just going to file new papers to dismiss the complaint in the near future.
Why the sudden change of heart? The man’s former attorney says he has no clue. Either way, the decision is a complete 180 because the man seemed determined to take the case to court just a few days ago.
This has been a CRAZY two weeks for Travolta and Kelly Preston, who has remained silent on the issue, but is it all over?
When discussing her representation of John Doe #1 with the media, Mz. Allred said that she is “in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take.”
Providing he decides to fold like he did last time, then Travolta will be legally in the clear. His reputation on the other hand? That’s gonna need some time to recover!
