Both of the masseurs who filed lawsuits against John Travolta for sexual assault and battery have withdrawn their cases for now. Considering the plaintiff’s determination to take their cases to court shifted in a matter of days, we are curious what changed their mind.
In any case, Marty Singer wants the world to know that his married client had no part in his accusers’ decisions to drop their lawsuits. The Hollywood lawyer told sources:
“Not one penny has been paid nor do we have any intention to pay any money for these ridiculous and false claims.”
As we mentioned before, Travolta isn’t out of the closet woods just yet. Although the first accuser’s case was dismissed, he hired Gloria Allred and can still pursue another lawsuit.
Either all of this scandal is wrapping up…or just getting started!
