Brittany Murphy's Dad's Lawsuit Thrown Out

Guess Brittany Murphy‘s dad wasn’t all that interested in the lawsuit he filed after all!
…because he totally didn’t show up to court, resulting in a throw-out!
Angelo Bertolotti tried to sue in January because he disagreed with the ruling over his daughter’s death — something any father could understand in his shoes.
The main thing he wanted was biological samples form Brittany’s body so he could retest them, as he said the office didn’t do a proper job the first time around.
He cited a previous medical case where death by arsenic poising was erroneously attributed to pneumonia and anemia. So he wanted his daughter’s hair samples from her head, face and body that were in the department’s possession.
But it looks like he’ll never know, now. Either way, we probably won’t ever stop missing her. RIP Brittany…
