Well at least he’s got the sense (and balls) to apologize!
After joking about the Dark Knight massacre wayyyy too soon, Dane Cook has reflected on his words and realized the nastiness of his wit.
Tweeting his regret, the comedian says:
“I am devastated by the recent tragedy in Colorado & did not mean to make light of what happened. I made a bad judgment call with my material last night & regret making a joke at such a sensitive time. My heart goes out to all of the families & friends of the victims.”
Thank you, Dane.
It sucks he can’t take the damage back, but maybe he can donate something to the victims!
