It seems fate was NOT on Lilo’s side this lovely Wednesday morning, as during her arraignment hearing — which she did NOT attend — the honorable Commissioner Jane Godfrey decided to REVOKE Lindsay’s probation for her jewelry heist case!!!
A probation violation hearing has been scheduled for January 15th, which Lindsay may be required to attend.
If the judge DOES decide Lindsay violated her probation she could face 8 months in prison!
Holy crap Lindsay really may be heading off to jail!!!!
