Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are selling their luxurious New York City 6,792 sq. ft. apartment for a cool $24.5 million.
The two story penthouse is equipped with five bedrooms, two dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a gym, two offices and a media room.
The best part of the apartment though, has to be the HUGE outdoor living area that’s almost as big as the indoor living space at 2,500 sq. ft. Oh and there also happens to be a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor shower.
We wonder why these guys are giving up this heavenly space. Too small?! Ha!
