Battle Of The Ruffles: Who Wore It Best?

Well here’s someone we haven’t seen in a while.

On Wednesday, Rose McGowan put on her best botoxed face and Valentino ruffled dress to attend the El Lay premiere of When In Rome. (Why?)

But almost two weeks before, Chloe Sevigny was wearing a similar ruffled Valentino gown to the Golden Globes, which in the end got ripped. Oops!

We think both of them aren’t extremely flattering on either of their bodies, but we like Chloe’s color choice a lot better than Rose’s.
