Britney Spears Will Not Be Deposed In Fragrance Lawsuit

Britney Spears has won a small victory in her fragrance lawsuit!

As you may recall, Brand Sense demanded a judge order Britney to be deposed only to be denied!

A judge ruled on Monday the Femme Fatale doesn’t have to do so because she’s still under a conservatorship, which is what her lawyers were saying from the very beginning.

Obviously butt hurt over the ruling, Brand Sense plans to appeal.
