Kate Moss‘ long awaited Vogue cover is here and it was definitely worth the wait!
Much to our surprise Mrs. Jamie Hince isn’t wearing white on the cover, but rather a beautiful eggplant Alexander McQueen gown and she looks stunning!
We’re also very pleased with Mossy’s Carrie Bradshaw–inspired editorial because it could have been really cheesy, but it’s the complete opposite.

On saying yes after watching My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding:
“I am so romantic about Gypsies. They├óΓé¼Γäóre not allowed to do anything until they get married. So they all get married really young, at sixteen. You can├óΓé¼Γäót believe the dresses. They├óΓé¼Γäóre like blinging butterflies times ten; they can├óΓé¼Γäót move down the aisle! It├óΓé¼Γäós so genius. I was just watching Jamie, so cute, and I was like, these girls, they just spend their whole life waiting for that day├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥let├óΓé¼Γäós do it!”
On prepping for the wedding:
“Let├óΓé¼Γäós put it this way. If I didn├óΓé¼Γäót have my friends. . . . I don├óΓé¼Γäót know how people do it. I├óΓé¼Γäóve had big birthday parties, and I├óΓé¼Γäóve thrown parties for other people, but this is a completely different thing. It├óΓé¼Γäós the Met Ball! Because you have to look at every piece of cutlery; the details are intense. And then you wake up thinking about the ballet shoes for the girls; is the satin ribbon right? I├óΓé¼Γäóve gone mental. Jamie thinks I├óΓé¼Γäóm mad, asking, ├óΓé¼╦£Are you gonna be all right? After the wedding, I├óΓé¼Γäóm hoping you├óΓé¼Γäóll get back to normal!├óΓé¼Γäó ”
On the style of the wedding:
“I wanted it to be kind of dreamy and 1920s, when everything is soft-focus. The Great Gatsby. The code name was GG for a while. That light and that kind of fun decadence. It├óΓé¼Γäós rock-├óΓé¼Γäón├óΓé¼Γäó-roll Great Gatsby!”
On her John Galliano wedding dress:
“When I put the dress on, I├óΓé¼Γäóm really happy. I forget about everything…I├óΓé¼Γäóve lived in his dresses for years, and they just make me feel so comfortable. But it├óΓé¼Γäós so much more couture, couture, couture. Oh, my God, the work that├óΓé¼Γäós going into the dress!”
She sounds so in love! Congrats again, Mrs. Hince!
